Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We also do not accept returns on discounted items.

Before you ship anything back to us, you must contact us using our contact form to let us know you are wishing to exchange or return an item. Please leave a note of your name and order number included in the package being returned. All return shipments should be sent via a trackable method. Costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the purchaser.

We will accept returns on the following basis:

1. Your goods are faulty

2. You have ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange for a different size

3. You decide you no longer want the goods. All returned goods in this instance must be in their original unopened packaging and must not have been used/worn.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Gift cards
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All returns must be sent to our UK office.

Subscription
Subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is made. If you chose to cancel your subscription you will immediately no longer have access to the exclusive content so please time you cancellation wisely.
